Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop, mobile, and network systems
- Provide tier-1 support via ticketing systems, chat, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure new workstations, peripherals, and software installations
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance and license management
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices for data protection
- Train employees on digital tools and cybersecurity protocols
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years experience in helpdesk/desktop support role
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services (O365/GSuite)
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft 365) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
