Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex bugs and feature requests
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
- Train clients on product usage and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Maintain SLA compliance and customer satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di peran dukungan teknis
- Kemampuan troubleshooting sistem jaringan dan perangkat keras
- Keahlian dalam komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang luar biasa
- Kemampuan bekerja dengan sistem ticketing (Zendesk/Jira)
- Sertifikasi ITIL atau CompTIA Aplus diutamakan
- Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik (lisan dan tulis)
- Kepemimpinan dan manajemen waktu yang efektif
