Kualifikasi

  • Sarjana Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di peran dukungan teknis
  • Kemampuan troubleshooting sistem jaringan dan perangkat keras
  • Keahlian dalam komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang luar biasa
  • Kemampuan bekerja dengan sistem ticketing (Zendesk/Jira)
  • Sertifikasi ITIL atau CompTIA Aplus diutamakan
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik (lisan dan tulis)
