Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years fine-dining or 5-star hotel experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- ServSafe/ equivalent food safety certification
- Exceptional memory for guest preferences and menu details
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to perform in high-pressure peak-hour scenarios
- Valid Jakarta Health Certificate
- Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 preferred
