Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows/Linux, network devices, printers)
- Implement and maintain security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, access controls)
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Provide remote/on-site technical support and user training
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Process Monitor)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365)
