Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide remote/on-site technical support and user training
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and cloud services
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Experience with ITIL service management frameworks
