Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
