Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, pour-over, cold brew) using premium Indonesian beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and suggest seasonal innovations
- Train junior staff on brewing techniques and customer engagement
- Collaborate with pastry team to create coffee-pairing experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and extraction methods
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Passion for Indonesian coffee culture and continuous learning
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
