Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery procedures with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform for scalability
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and system performance issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document system architectures and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise system administration with cloud experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix/Prometheus)
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proven incident response and root cause analysis capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
