Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure across multiple locations
- Implement security protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource allocation
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
- Oversee backup/recovery procedures and disaster planning
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting tools
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, RHCSA) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
