Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules for executives
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and document processing
- Support HR functions including onboarding and payroll assistance
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract renewals
- Prepare monthly expense reports and budget tracking
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
