Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver 1-on-1 personalized tutoring sessions in core academic subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and school curriculaTrack student progress through regular assessments and detailed progress reports
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
- Utilize our digital platform for scheduling, materials, and progress tracking
- Contribute to curriculum improvement and teaching resource development
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree from reputable university in Education, Mathematics, Science, or English
- Minimum 2 years proven tutoring experience with measurable student results
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify learning gaps and customize teaching methods
- Professional teaching certification (Sertifikasi Guru) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and online platforms
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions across Jakarta
