Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers, virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource utilization
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for network, storage, and application issues
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Document system configurations, procedures, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA/Linux/MSCE)
- 3+ years experience in system administration with enterprise infrastructure
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with incident management experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS SysOps, RHCSA) preferred
