Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across Jakarta, Surabaya, and remote sites
- Implement cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for scalable infrastructure deployment
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Execute security protocols, patch management, and vulnerability assessments
- Design disaster recovery plans and conduct regular backup procedures
- Automate workflows using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and document IT procedures
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or IT-related field with 3+ years experience
- Expertise in Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) or hands-on implementation experience
- Proficient in scripting (Bash/PowerShell) and automation tools
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
