Tanggung Jawab
- Mentor and supervise 15+ team members to achieve daily production targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 20%
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for efficient resource allocation
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and develop improvement plans
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven process optimizations
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of improving team productivity metrics
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma or Lean Management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and leadership capabilities
