Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across assigned locations (Surabaya, Jakarta, Bekasi, Jogjakarta, Solo, Kediri, Madiun, Tulungagung, Gresik)
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management
- Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management
- Resolve escalated customer or employee issues promptly
- Collaborate with remote teams for seamless workflow integration
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- Proven track record of team management and KPI achievement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in operational software (ERP, CRM)
- Experience managing remote or multi-location teams preferred
- Certifications in leadership or project management a plus
