Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple locations
- Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing processes and driving efficiency initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Mentor and develop staff members through structured training programs and performance coaching
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and technology departments to align operational goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all regions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in senior operational roles
- Proven track record of leading teams across multiple geographical locations
- Expertise in process optimization, KPI analysis, and change management
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and operational analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
