Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple locations
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and disaster recovery planning
- Optimize cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for hybrid environments
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology workshops
- Collaborate with CIO to align IT strategy with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
- Develop IT governance policies and compliance frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in network security, cloud migration, and hybrid IT environments
- Professional certifications (CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP preferred)
- Experience managing cross-location teams across Java region
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English documentation skills
- Proven track record in budget management and vendor negotiations
