Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex software projects
- Develop and maintain system documentation and security protocols
- Mentor junior staff through technical training and code reviews
- Collaborate with CTO to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Research emerging technologies to optimize system performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (S1)
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise IT architecture
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong leadership and project management skills (PMP/Agile certified)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and DevOps tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
