Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions including cloud migration, network architecture, and security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex technology projects with agile methodologies
- Develop IT strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Establish and enforce IT governance policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery protocols
- Mentor junior IT professionals and conduct technology audits to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization, and enterprise networking
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance regulations
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects and vendor relationships
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CCIE, ITIL) highly valued
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
