Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Conduct employee relations activities including grievance handlingOversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Organize training programs and performance management systems
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
