Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma/Sketch with responsive layouts
- Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing sessions
- Maintain and scale design systems for multi-platform consistency
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill workshops
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align design with business goals
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS/fintech portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian user behaviors and market trends
- Certified in Google UX Design or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready designs
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for global collaboration
