- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices in Java/Python
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLA
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and performance tuning
- Present technical solutions to C-suite stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years experience in Java/Python and React ecosystems
- Proven expertise with AWS/Azure and container orchestration
- Strong background in Agile/Sc methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable SaaS applications
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or DevOps tools preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
