Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
- Develop responsive React frontend components with Redux state management
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB deployments
- Implement DevOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and maintain high-quality standards with ESLint
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and workshops
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expert proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern ES6+ features
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record building scalable microservices
- Experience with database optimization and caching strategies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise with JIRA proficiency
