Kualifikasi
- 8+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record of scaling brands in Indonesian market
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and HubSpot platforms
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English proficiency
- Strong data literacy with experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-cultural campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
