Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee tax compliance, VAT returns, and annual financial statement audits
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial risk management
- Collaborate with auditors during external examinations
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP system
- Lead month-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with SAK certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing industry
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
