Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement digital literacy programs across multiple branches
- Curate and manage digital/physical library collections with AI-driven cataloging
- Lead community outreach initiatives for underserved populations
- Train staff in emerging library technologies and metadata standards
- Analyze usage data to optimize resource allocation and user experience
- Collaborate with schools and cultural institutions for literacy campaigns
- Oversee budget management for library acquisitions and digital infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in modern library environments
- Expertise in digital cataloging systems (e.g., Koha, DSpace)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in library metrics tools
- Certification in digital preservation or metadata standards (Dublin Core)
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual services
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative library program implementations
