Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools (MMPI, WAIS, etc.)
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT)
- Lead crisis intervention protocols for emergency psychological cases
- Supervise junior psychologists and counseling interns
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Conduct workplace mental health workshops for corporate partners
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology with S2 in Clinical Psychology (required)
- STRPs (Surat Tanda Registrasi Psikolog) certification
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in mental health settings
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
- Certification in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care
- Strong diagnostic and case formulation abilities
- Experience supervising mental health professionals
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
