Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools and diagnostic criteria
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for adult patients with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional ethics
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support as needed
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology with S2/S3 specialization in Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Valid STRPs (Surat Tanda Registrasi Psikolog) certification
- Expertise in diagnostic assessment and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Strong crisis intervention skills and trauma-informed care experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation
- Membership in Ikatan Psikologi Indonesia (IPSI)
