Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and patient needs
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Participate in emergency response and critical care procedures
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing) from accredited institution
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) Keperawatan aktif
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certified
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Certification in specialized area (e.g., ICU, ER, or Oncology) preferred
