Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ members) in warehouse, logistics, and process optimization
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to reduce costs by 20%
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives including ERP implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key partners
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and ISO standards
- Mentor senior staff and foster talent development programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in operations management, 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and cost reduction
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Certified in PMP or Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (business proficiency)
