Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled patrols to prevent security breaches and vandalism
- Operate CCTV monitoring systems and respond to real-time alerts
- Verify visitor credentials and manage access control systems
- Write detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during emergencies
- Conduct fire safety inspections and emergency drills
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 graduate with valid Satpam certification (SIPSS)
- 1+ years of security experience in commercial/industrial settings
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work shifts (day/night)
- Basic computer skills for reporting systems
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- First Aid certification (will be provided if needed)
- Clean police record and reliable character
