Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages safely and punctuously to designated locations using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile app reporting
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with warehouse team for package sorting and loading
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and traffic regulations
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle) or SIM C (car) with clean driving record
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in logistics or delivery services
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with target cities
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physical fitness to handle packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app usage
- Integrity and responsibility in handling valuable items
