Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages safely and on-time across designated routes (Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri, remote areas)
- Verify recipient information and obtain proper signatures for all deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies immediately
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness before each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route planning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 education with valid SIM C
- Minimum 1 year experience as courier or delivery driver
- Strong knowledge of Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical fitness to handle packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Clean criminal record and trustworthy character
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
