Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages safely and punctually using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide real-time delivery updates through our mobile tracking system
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with distribution centers for efficient route optimization
- Report delivery issues and operational concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's road networks
- Strong physical fitness for package handling (max 20kg)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking systems
- High integrity and reliability with zero theft record
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
