Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations for urgent packages across Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri, and remote zones
- Maintain real-time package tracking using our proprietary mobile app and GPS systems
- Ensure exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and complaint resolution
- Conduct thorough pre/post-delivery vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using AI-powered navigation tools to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for urgent pickups and special handling requirements
- Prepare accurate delivery documentation and maintain digital records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for delivery processes
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C with minimum 1 year driving experience (motorcycle preferred for urban areas)
- Strong knowledge of Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri, and regional remote areas
- Excellent physical fitness for package handling (up to 20kg) and all-weather delivery
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and digital documentation
- High integrity with clean criminal record and drug-free certification
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
