Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents safely and on schedule to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution center
- Resolve delivery issues promptly with support from logistics team
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (Motorcycle License) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's road network and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
