Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages promptly to designated locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile tracking system
- Verify recipient identity and package condition upon delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Follow safe driving practices and traffic regulations
- Report delivery issues or delays to operations manager
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks daily
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's major roads and neighborhoods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical fitness for handling packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking apps
- High integrity and punctuality
