Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic academic plans aligned with international standards (IB/Cambridge)
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure pedagogical excellence
- Manage school operations including budgeting, facilities, and compliance regulations
- Foster strong parent-teacher-stakeholder relationships through transparent communication
- Drive innovation in curriculum design and educational technology integration
- Oversee student admissions, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Represent the institution at educational forums and community events
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 10 years teaching experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in international curriculum implementation (IB/Cambridge)
- Certification in School Administration or Educational Management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in institutional budgeting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
