Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement school strategic plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Lead academic staff through mentorship, performance reviews, and professional development programs
- Oversee daily operations, budget management, and facility maintenance
- Foster parent-teacher partnerships and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with MOEC regulations and accreditation standards
- Drive digital transformation in teaching methodologies and administrative processes
- Represent the institution in educational forums and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field (S2/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Valid Kepala Sekolah certification (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah)
- Proven track record in academic achievement improvement and school development
- Strong financial management and human resource leadership skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) and international frameworks
