Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic school improvement plans aligned with national education standards
- Lead curriculum innovation and ensure academic excellence across all grade levels
- Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation systems
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and education authorities
- Oversee school budget allocation, resource management, and facility maintenance
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in classroom teaching and administration
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and accreditation requirements
- Create inclusive learning environments that celebrate cultural diversity
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field with S2 in Educational Leadership preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in school leadership/administration
- Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and student engagement
- Strong financial management and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) implementation
- Certified in educational leadership and management programs
- Passion for innovative pedagogy and educational technology integration
