Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems, cash, and electronic payment methods
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with product inquiries and resolving complaints
- Maintain clean and organized checkout area while adhering to safety protocols
- Balance cash registers daily and prepare reconciliation reports
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales targets
- Collaborate with inventory team to ensure stock accuracy at checkout counters
- Operate scanning equipment and troubleshooting basic technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- 1+ years of cashier or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic office software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and handle customer pressure
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
