Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees
- Document IT procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability assessments
- Deploy and update software patches and security configurations
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support role
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with helpdesk tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
