Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops, and network systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud applications
- Manage asset inventory, software deployments, and security patching
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware maintenance and software licensing
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Science or related field (3+ years experience)
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and network troubleshooting
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Excellent communication skills with customer-first mentality
- Ability to work under pressure with multitasking capabilities
