Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards and STEM principles
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies (project-based learning, gamification) to enhance student comprehension

- Collaborate with faculty to design interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in secondary education
- Valid Indonesian teaching certification (Sertifikasi Guru)
- Proficiency in digital learning tools (Google Classroom, Kahoot!, educational apps)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning abilities
- Strong classroom management and student engagement techniques
