Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Utilize digital tools for interactive STEM instruction
- Assess student progress through data-driven methodologies
- Mentor students in national/international science competitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teaching teams
- Implement project-based learning modules
- Communicate progress with parents quarterly
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Education (S2 preferred)
- 3+ years teaching experience in primary/secondary education
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Certified PPG (Program Pendidikan Guru) mandatory
- Experience with STEM curriculum development
- Competent in educational technology tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
