Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for complex medical cases
- Lead multidisciplinary consultations with specialists across departments
- Supervise junior medical staff and conduct clinical training programs
- Develop evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with international standards
- Contribute to medical research and publish peer-reviewed studies
- Manage chronic disease prevention programs for high-risk patient populations
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Kualifikasi
- S.Ked (Sarjana Kedokteran) from accredited Indonesian university
- Sp.P (Spesialis Penyakit Dalam) certification from IDAI
- Minimum 5 years of clinical practice in tertiary hospital settings
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik)
- Proven expertise in managing complex comorbidities
- Advanced proficiency in diagnostic imaging interpretation
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
