Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and accurate medical diagnoses
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices
- Perform specialized medical procedures and surgical interventions
- Lead multidisciplinary case conferences and treatment reviews
- Maintain detailed electronic medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff for holistic patient care coordination
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior medical staff and interns
Kualifikasi
- S.Ked./Dr. from accredited Indonesian medical university
- Spesialis (Sp.) degree in relevant medical field with STR certification
- Minimum 3 years post-specialization clinical experience
- Active BLS/ACLS certification and valid medical license (SIMPEG)
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and procedural expertise
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (e.g., RSIS)
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient safety
