Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital product designs
- Understanding of Indonesian market preferences and cultural nuances
- Experience with user testing methodologies and data-driven design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design implementation
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
