Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models for business optimization
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and statistical methods
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Design A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality standards
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear business impact
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data science or analytics role
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
