Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into data solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and experimental design methodologies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Maintain data quality pipelines and implement robust ETL processes
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in Python/R with production-level code deployment
- Proficiency in scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical modeling expertise (regression, time series, clustering)
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL NoSQL databases)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful ML projects with measurable impact
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
